Next day my email had a number of listings to chose from to start the search. I whittled it down and off we went. To make it more brief great homes, not great location in a great area. The second place she wanted us to go was not on the list but she said we should look just for fun and some ideas as it was on the way to my favorite development on my list. We went to the model and met the agent Joanne. We all hit it off. Lots of good questions from me and Michelle and lots of good information from the agent and no rush. Told about the incentives and invited us to tour the models. Both Michelle and myself were thoroughly impressed. We talked with the agent I explained my budget concerns and we moved on. Lots of other sites visited. Lots of pluses and minuses. As we headed home Michelle listed all the pluses, for each location and drawbacks. Location, style, amenities, length of time to move in and budget. Both of us felt after frank discussion the development not on the list was the best option, except for budget.
